Exchange/Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality, fit or size of any item, you can return and exchange it within 9 days of receipt with the same label inside.

Any item returned for an exchange must be in brand new condition, identical to the condition we shipped it to you.

Before returning any item, please fill out our Return/Exchange form for a Return Authorization (RA).

Please carefully repack your order and ship back to Thebestalpaca.com via a carrier that provides tracking information so that we can verify shipping and delivery. Unfortunately, Thebestalpaca.com can’t be responsible for goods that somehow get lost on their way back to us.

Remember, all returns must be clean, unworn and unwashed.

We are not responsible for any damage caused to a returned or exchanged garment due to improper return packaging.

For exchanges that are not the result of our error, buyer must pay re-shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment center, usually within 3 business days of receipt, your replacement will be processed.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or exchange is the result of our error.

Refund Policy

Most of our items are handmade and therefore unique for each client. We can only offer refunds when the item you received is:

  1. Damage
  2. Or different model from what you had ordered.

For any other problem with size and for all other reason you can request an exchange that will be proceed promptly.

For damage or defective merchandise please contact us immediately once you received the item to customerservice@thebestalpaca.com

Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-4 weeks after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
